Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, IT, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical, hands-on experience in Network Administration and IT Support.
- CCTV proven, in-depth experience with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IP-based CCTV systems and brands (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Axis).
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI Model) and practical experience with configuration of routers and managed switches (e.g., Cisco, Mikrotik, Huawei).
- Basic proficiency in Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage technical emergencies.
Job Descriptions
- Install, configure and maintain all core network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points) to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose and resolve complex LAN/WAN connectivity issues, network outages, and performance bottlenecks promptly.
Manage network services.
CCTV/IP Camera network and Video Management Systems (VMS/NVR/DVR).
Hardware, software, and basic server issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory for all IT and security assets, network diagrams, and configurations.
Coordinate and manage external vendors for system upgrades Purchase order and specialized maintenance contracts.
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
