Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in IT management, including at least 3 years specializing in data
analytics, application development, and data warehousing. - This role leads to the strategic direction and execution of data analytics services, application development, and data warehouse management. The IT Manager will ensure robust data infrastructure, drive innovation in analytics, and oversee the development of scalable applications that support business growth.
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, data modeling, and data warehouse platforms such as
- Microsoft SSIS and Azure Fabric/Synapse.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and Power Query) and Power BI for data
analysis and visualization. - Proven experience in full-stack web and mobile application development, with expertise in
modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, Flutter) and robust backend technologies. - Leveraging low-code platforms to fast-track digital transformation.
Leadership & Communication:
- Communication skills in English and strong project management capabilities, with a proven
track record of aligning technical solutions with strategic business objectives.
Data Analytics Services
- Develop and implement corporate-wide data analytics strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs
- Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance
- Lead a team of analysts to deliver actionable insights
Data Warehouse Management
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable data warehouse architecture
- Oversee ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems
- Monitor performance and optimize data storage and retrieval
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business units to align warehouse capabilities with analytics needs
- Manage upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery planning
- Enforce data governance policies and documentation standards
Application Development
- Lead full SDLC for in-house and customer-facing applications
- Manage Agile development teams and prioritize feature delivery
- Integrate analytics and data warehouse systems into applications
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards
IT Leadership & Strategy
- Align IT initiatives with business goals and digital transformation
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and resource allocation
- Mentor and develop technical staff across all domains
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies
Working Hour: 8:00A.M to 4:30P.M.
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday and public holiday
