Job Requirements

Any Graduate.
At least one (1) year of related experience.
Strong understanding of troubleshooting software and hardware issues, with a focus on network configurations and security protocols.
Experience with server management (Windows, Linux) and cloud infrastructure management.
Proficiency in tools for system monitoring and management (VMware, AWS EC2).
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Descriptions

Provide Level 1 (L1) support for customers facing issues with SaaS applications, cloud solutions, and network-related problems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based software, operating systems, hardware, and network components.
Respond promptly to customer tickets, emails, and phone inquiries to ensure quick resolution.
Document all technical issues and solutions for future reference.
Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Assist in the setup and management of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and ensure smooth customer integration with our cloud services.
Maintain and troubleshoot cloud-based systems and services to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
Provide clear and concise documentation for technical issues, support processes, and customer interactions.
Generate regular reports on system performance, issues encountered, and resolutions.

Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
