Job Requirements
- Any graduate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in FMCG and Manufacturing industry.
- Certified in IT Hardware, networking, and Security technology
Job Descriptions
- To support and contribute IT Infrastructure Operation in all Office end-user’s IT Operations, such as, remote support to Mdy, on-site support at Ygn and Hlegu as follows a weekly job rotation assignment.
- To perform and align with Corporate DST and IT Infrastructure’s daily sow, SOPs and any guidance related to the technical issues / requirements from end-users, which one guided by IT Manager.
Working Hours: 8:00AM ~ 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
