  • Job Requirements
    Any Graduate or DA, or LCCI Level III, or related field.
  • At least 1 year working experience in related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Odoo, SAP).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Descriptions

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Assist in preparing journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
  • Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Assist with audits, both internal and external, by providing required documentation.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the senior accountant or finance manager.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
