Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- LCCI Level I & II
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Experience with accounting software (ERP systems) is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Job Descriptions
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software/ Excel.
- Maintain general ledger entries for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
- Assist in preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Verify and reconcile supplier and customer balances.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and summaries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure proper filing of accounting documents and vouchers.
- Work closely with internal departments for financial data collection.
- Support external and internal audit requirements.
- Provide administrative and accounting support as assigned by supervisors.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holidays
