Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in a business analyst or client-facing support role (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Good knowledge of software systems and business process workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits when required.
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint.
- Understanding of banking or financial processes is a plus.
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Job Descriptions
- Visit client sites such as banks and financial institutions to gather detailed business and functional requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions to understand business pain points and objectives.
- Document client requirements clearly and comprehensively using standard templates, process flow diagrams, or user stories.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the product and development teams.
- Serve as a communication bridge between clients and the development team, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
- Work closely with UI/UX, QA, and development teams to ensure client requirements are implemented accurately.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure delivered features meet client expectations.
- Support training and onboarding sessions for client-side users once the product or new features are deployed.
- Track and manage change requests or enhancements post-implementation, ensuring they are addressed effectively.
- Continuously build product knowledge to become a subject matter expert and proactively identify areas for improvement.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
