Job Requirements
- Preferably a B.Com, BBA, or Diploma in HRM
- 2-3 years of experience in HR & Admin, with exposure to all HR functions
- Strong understanding of local legislation and Myanmar Labor Law
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle management and maintenance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, and internet tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Under 28 years
Job Description
- Support the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.)
- Coordinate orientation and training for new hires
- Assist with preparing employment contracts and HR-related forms
- Maintain and update employee records and profiles
- Manage vehicle arrangements, maintenance, and related duties
- Oversee administrative needs (stationery, office supplies, equipment)
- Handle resignation paperwork and clearance
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
