Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Engineer or Software Developer
Basic knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux Server
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
Ability to work with at least one programming language
(PHP, Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL
Experience with web or internal system development is an advantage
Basic knowledge of version control tools (Git) is a plus
Strong willingness to learn and improve technical skills
Good problem-solving skills and teamwork ability
Responsible, well-organized, and able to follow company policies

Job Descriptions

Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining servers and system infrastructure under senior engineers’ guidance
Support administration of Windows and/or Linux servers
Monitor system performance and perform basic troubleshooting
Assist with backup, recovery, and security processes
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues
Participate in the development, customization, and maintenance of internal software or web applications
Fix bugs and perform minor enhancements on existing applications
Assist with database operations (CRUD)
Prepare basic IT documentation and reports
Provide basic technical support to users

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Holiday: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
