Job Requirements
- Must be graduated and have over (3) years’ experiences of sales (or) leasing in real estate field.
- Have a good in communication and negotiation skills to deal with clients independently.
- Must have strength on pressure.
- Ability of public relations to potential clients and overseeing the development of marketing & leasing.
- Proficient in English (both written & spoken)
- Good at Microsoft office
- Can work under pressure
Job Descriptions
- Develop and implement Leasing (serviced apartment and shopping mall) strategies, Policies and guidelines.
- Provide guidance and supervision to the leasing team and prepare the monthly report.
- Market Research and analysis, property market update.
- Lease the properties at a competitive market rate, rentals and achieve maximum occupancy.
- Recommend appropriate preference and lead prospects to selections.
- Maintains relationships with prospects by providing support, information and recommending upon their requirements; creating the best to ensure secure the deal.
- To manage tenancy related issues. Liaise with tenants on renewal, termination, payment and complaints regarding leasing matters.
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meeting & planning.
- Monthly Report to Managing Director.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by MD.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays.
