Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, hydrants, pumps, and suppression systems.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and routine inspection works.
- Ensure compliance with Myanmar fire regulations and NFPA standards.
- Manage and train maintenance technicians and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Provide timely technical solutions and support for system failures.
- Communicate with clients regarding maintenance schedules and service requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation, logs, and maintenance reports.
Job Requirement
- BE / ME (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) is required.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in maintenance management or M&E services.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire protection systems preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours: 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
