- Drive partnerships and campaigns to boost brand exposure, acquisition, and retention.
- Monitor brand health and customer sentiment to inform strategy adjustments.
- Lead digital marketing and social media initiatives to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Oversee content strategy, e-commerce promotions, and performance analytics.
- Explore new digital tools, influencer marketing, and innovative growth channels.
- Guide the use of analytics and insights to refine digital tactics for ROI improvement.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Manage, coach, and empower the marketing team to achieve objectives.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and creativity across all functions.
- Establish KPIs for campaigns and initiatives to measure brand and business impact.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously evaluate marketing ROI and optimize strategies accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a marketing or brand-related role, with 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with proven success in driving revenue through integrated marketing campaigns.
- Creative and analytical minded with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation.
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 4:30PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
