Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Marketing Diploma preferred)
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate field as marketing manager.
- Strong network within Myanmar real estate market is mandatory.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies for both the agency and its clients.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience across digital and traditional marketing channels to drive brand growth, lead generation, and campaign performance.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holiday: Sunday & Public Holiday
