Job Requirements
- BE, B.Tech, AGTI (MP/EP)
- (4-6) years experiences in related field
- Proficiency with Auto CAD Drawing, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Internet & Email
- Able to work under pressure and overtime if necessary
- Plumbing & Sanitary experience
- Negotiation & Coordination skill and knowledge
- Strong team building, decision – making and people management skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Job Descriptions
- Managing project and discuss Electrical & Plumbing & Sanitary works with clients, proposed Electrical & Plumbing & Sanitary Design and get approval from clients
- Proposed Drawing & Revise Drawing
- Monitor site progress, material delivery schedule, drawing submission & material approval submissions
- Installation & Site Inspection
- Attend progress meeting, Site meeting, Safety meeting & site walk if necessary
- Negotiate Materials Design with clients and supply to Site Operation
- Manage and prepare ahead schedule of Daily/Monthly site work
- Other specific duties as assigned
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
