Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in facility/building maintenance or engineering supervision.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and customer service abilities.
- Well Experience managing contractors and suppliers.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Responsibility
- Oversee and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems (Mechanical, Electrical, ACMV, building, etc.).
- Plan, assign, and review daily maintenance activities for smooth operations.
- Respond to emergency and after-hours repair calls.
- Conduct facility inspections and prepare reports with recommendations.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Manage spare parts, tools, and coordinate with contractors for repairs or A&A works.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors/vendors to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Support the Manager and perform additional assigned duties.
Working Hours: 8:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
