Job Requirements
Educational Background:
- G.T. I / B.Tech / B.E (Mechanical, Electrical) or Equivalent.
Experience:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Medium-scale projects.
Technical Proficiency:
- Knowledge of M&E systems (electrical and Plumbing & Sanitation).
Software Skills:
- Able to use in AutoCAD, and other relevant software, as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project etc.,.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills are crucial for managing site activities and coordinating with various team members.
Job Descriptions
Supervision & Coordination:
- Arrange daily site activities (arrange daily task, schedule, Man power, Daily report) to ensure M&E installations meet project specifications and safety standards.
Quality Control: - Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality of installed materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with design drawings and standards.
Issue Resolution: - Identify and solve technical issues or design discrepancies on site, collaborating with the engineering team to find solutions.
Reporting: - Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, maintain site documentation, and communicate updates to project managers and clients.
Material Management: - Coordinate with main-con for timely material and verify the quantity and quality of M&E materials received on-site.
Safety Management: - Ensure proper handling of electrical equipment and enforce safety guidelines on the project site.
Stakeholder Communication: - Act as a key point of contact, coordinating M&E matters with other construction professionals, Main-con, other contractors, and subcontractors.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: One day per week
