Job Description
- Promote assigned medical products to healthcare professionals through regular visits.
- Deliver scientific and product-related information to drive awareness and prescriptions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital personnel.
- Conduct product presentations, detailing sessions, and continuing medical education (CME) events.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Gather insights on customer needs, product usage, and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities within the territory.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities, doctor visits, and market feedback.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with medical regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Any graduated.
- At least two years of experience in pharmaceutical field.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Must be proactive.
- Must have good work ethics and follow company policy.
- Must have any bachelor’s degree or related field.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday (half), Sunday & Public Holidays
