Requirements

Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering. Over 5 Years’ experience.
Previous experience working within an Engineering consulting environment, with a clear focus on design experience.
Intermediate time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage billable hours and
ability to undertake own work with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
Advanced knowledge of design software in relation to the MEP design including AutoCAD and Revit and MS office software such as Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project & Access.
Intermediate knowledge of International Building Codes and Design Standards including environmental
building standards (LEED and similar).
Fluency in English.
Familiarity with HVAC design software like HAP, AutoCAD and Revit.
Able to work with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems into building designs.
Ensure that all drawings are reviewed and checked before submission to the Team Leader and are also checked by the Team Leader prior to external issue.
Strong knowledge of HVAC principles, system design, and equipment selection.
Perform the duties under the assigned task of Team Leader within the time frame

Working Hour : 8:30A.M to 5: 30P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
