Job Requirements

Must be University graduate.
Business related Master degree holders (or) any other equivalent with those degrees could be an
advantage.
Must have minimum 6 years and above of merchandizing experience in Retail store chains.
Must be expert in Excel Skill.
Must have at least three years of managerial experience.
Must be able to communicate in English both oral and written.
Must have strategic thinking for the future of respective team.
Must be able to lead team effectively.
Must have excellent negotiation & communication skill.
Must be able to use Microsoft Office effectively.

Job Descriptions

Identify customer preferences and forecast consumer trends.
Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s
objectives
Analyzing sales figures, Identifying customers’ preferences/reactions and foresting the market-trends and
consumer trends to anticipate abc’s best assortment mixed.
Collaborating with Manufacturers, suppliers, Vendors, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices,
quantities and time-scales in order to secure competitive prices of abc.
Responsible and decision of evaluating supplier options according to prices, quality, and ability to supply
and support and determine the best choices.
Discovering and purchasing new products and checking the quality and popularity of those already on our
shelves.
Coordinating with other teams to develop processes and procedures to improve purchased budget
utilization, Products flow/movement and accuracy from received orders from suppliers.
Guide & Train the subordinates on merchandising and supply-chain related tasks.
Evaluate supplier options according to prices, quality, supplies, etc. and determine the best choices.
Continuous monitoring and evaluating of the quality and variety of products on our shelves are essential
for success.
Continuous monitoring and negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for our company
Keep track & monitor the whole supply-chain process for best product serve to customers.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
