Job Requirements

  • Must be University graduate.
  • Business related Master degree holders (or) any other equivalent with those degrees could be an
    advantage.
  • Must have minimum 6 years and above of merchandizing experience in Retail store chains.
  • Must be expert in Excel Skill.
  • Must have at least three years of managerial experience.
  • Must be able to communicate in English both oral and written.
  • Must have strategic thinking for the future of respective team.
  • Must be able to lead team effectively.
  • Must have excellent negotiation & communication skill.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office effectively.

Job Descriptions

  • Identify customer preferences and forecast consumer trends.
  • Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s
    objectives
  • Analyzing sales figures, Identifying customers’ preferences/reactions and foresting the market-trends and
    consumer trends to anticipate abc’s best assortment mixed.
  • Collaborating with Manufacturers, suppliers, Vendors, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices,
    quantities and time-scales in order to secure competitive prices of abc.
  • Responsible and decision of evaluating supplier options according to prices, quality, and ability to supply
    and support and determine the best choices.
  • Discovering and purchasing new products and checking the quality and popularity of those already on our
    shelves.
  • Coordinating with other teams to develop processes and procedures to improve purchased budget
    utilization, Products flow/movement and accuracy from received orders from suppliers.
  • Guide & Train the subordinates on merchandising and supply-chain related tasks.
  • Evaluate supplier options according to prices, quality, supplies, etc. and determine the best choices.
  • Continuous monitoring and evaluating of the quality and variety of products on our shelves are essential
    for success.
  • Continuous monitoring and negotiate terms of agreements to achieve the best deal for our company
  • Keep track & monitor the whole supply-chain process for best product serve to customers.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday & Sunday, Public Holidays
