Job Descriptions
- Communicate with buyers and handle full order follow-up from development to shipment.
- Supervise a team of merchandisers and assistants.
- Follow up on fabric and trims sourcing and delivery.
- Monitor production progress and solve issues with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for management and buyers.
- General activities assigned by Head of Department
Job Requirements
- Any Graduated.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandising Supervisor position in a garment factory.
- Strong communication skills in English or Chinese.
- Able to handle buyer requirements and lead the team.
- Knowledge of production processes and garment terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Prefer Candidates under 40 years old.
Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Holidays: Sundays &Public Holidays
