Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, or related field
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales within fertilizer/agrochemical industry
At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position
Strong understanding of Myanmar’s agricultural landscape and cropping patterns
Proven experience in channel development and B2B/B2C sales in rural markets
Fluent in Burmese; working proficiency in English preferred
Willingness to travel frequently across Myanmar

Job Descriptions

Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan annual and quarterly sales forecasts and budgets
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Build, expand, and manage dealer/distributor networks throughout Myanmar
Set up distributions strategy for key regions
Ensure efficient logistics and product availability in all territories
Monitor performance through KPIs and sales targets
Stay updated on agrochemical and fertilizer best practices and regulations
Coordinate with marketing team for branding, promotions, and trade campaigns
Submit regular sales reports and performance dashboards to senior management
Ensure compliance with local agricultural laws and safety standards

Working Hours: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Holiday: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
