Job Descriptions

 

 

  • Assist in planning and executing operational strategies for network deployment and maintenance
  • Coordinate between NOC, customer care, and field technicians to resolve service issues
  • Monitor service KPIs (uptime, response time, installation rate) and report to management
  • Supervise scheduling, shift rosters, and resource allocation
  • Support procurement and inventory tracking of network equipment
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and telecom regulations
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Telecom-related field
  • 2+ years of experience in operations or telecom service management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and basic network concepts
  • Good communication in Burmese and English
  • Experience with FTTH/DIA service workflows
  • Familiarity with CRM, NMS, and ticketing systems
  • Leadership and team coordination abilities

 

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holiday
