- Dip in Supply Chain Management with 3years experience.
- Good coordination and communication skills and strong team spirit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work well under pressure.
Job Description
- Plan and coordinate daily transportation routes to optimize fuel efficiency and delivery times.
- Prepare and submit transportation reports and performance metrics to department head.
- Calculate monthly Trip Allowance and report to department head.
- Record & Update monthly Crane and Truck check list.
- Prepare requestion for needed stock. Record daily leave and fill up the leave form. Record monthly maintenance record and update stock list.
- Prepared and Maintain documentation, Reports, and status update.
- Communicate effectively with team members, Management, and clients.
- Maintain Office supplies and equipment, coordinating with team member and clients.
- Update License registration for Operation car.
Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Public Holiday
