Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical.
- At least 10 yrs in manufacturing management.
- Understanding on operation management related to Quality /EOHS/Factory Performance & Reliability knowledge etc., Strong people management skill, Leadership Skill, Problem Solving, Result Oriented,
- Fluent in English Communication, Computer Skill, ERP/SAP, Plant systems, Lean manufacturing, 5S, AM/PM, etc.
Job Descriptions
- As part of the Site Leadership Team, contributes for the effective Site Operation
- Take the main responsibility for driving and implementing FP&R in operations to achieve operational efficiency and comply with EHS and Quality standards
- Manages an operation performance, which controlled by Plant Performance Report (PPR) & by coordinating to all concerned persons
- Monitors the operation closely for cost efficient management of the plant including effective management of labor cost, overtime, temporary labor, operating supplies, and reduction of waste
- Directs and coordinates the staff functions to outline objectives, clarifies and assigns responsibilities, interprets policies and procedures, coordinates the thinking and adjust differences to promote the staff’s performance at the satisfactory level of responsibility
- Effective management, and coaching of operations team to deliver Key Performance Indicators
- Ensuring the operations team has the necessary skills and capability (technical, operating, leadership) for effective plant operation through implementation of training plans
- Ensuring effective labor relations and conflict resolution
- Maintains all buildings, equipment and facilities in accordance with company standards (housekeeping, quality, EOHS etc.)
- Develops & Promotes the implementation of improvement opportunities that improve efficiency, as well as creates a continuous improvement culture by results orientation
- Supports, implements new product launching & new project plans (promo, packing materials changes etc.) ; works with other departments. (Engineering, Planning, CS&L, Technical, Sales etc.) to ensure that new product & new project plans are achieved
- Development of Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Training Materials, and Ensure all the quality SOPs are followed and implemented in production areas
- Manage department spending (Funding growth)
Support Quality Team in the implementation of Quality programs implementation and compliance for CPMM in operation area. - Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
- Recommends approval of expenditures within the provisions of existing procedures
- Lead plant systems integration projects, training of operations and engineering teams and system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Analyze problems and decide on an appropriate course of action to resolve problems.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holiday
