  • At leave 5 years operation site in charge in related field.
  • Age 35 to 40
  • Knowledgeable of people management and communication skill.

Job Descriptions

  • An operations manager in modular construction is responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient, high-quality production of building modules and their successful delivery and installation on-site.
  • Manage the manufacturing process in the factory, which involves a controlled environment and precise assembly of modules.
  • Supply Chain Management:This includes overseeing the procurement of materials and components for the construction of modules.
  • Ensuring all manufactured modules meet design specifications, codes, and quality standards is a crucial aspect.
  • The manager coordinates the transportation of the finished modules from the factory to the building site.
  • Often oversee the installation of the modules onto a permanent foundation at the final site, managing the on-site workforce and equipment.
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project executio.

 

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
