Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- 3 + years’ experience in a management role (Marketing Field).
- Fluent in English (4 skills) and professional typing in both Myanmar & English.
- Mastery of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and professional email
Job Description
- Develop market strategies and deploy successful marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
- Organize promotional events and analyze the effectiveness of promotions to determine which drives sales.
- Identify potential new markets, create and develop marketing plans.
- Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
- Partner with product development and purchasing teams to estimate product demand.
- Prepare and monitor the market budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Liaise with the media to advertise and develop marketing platforms, including social media platforms.
- Handle monthly reports on all marketing activity and results.
- Create innovative advertising ideas and prepare weekly & monthly marketing plans.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
