Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations and management, preferably in retail or F&B.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and Burmese, or English and Burmese.
- Strong practical knowledge of store operations, supply chain, and personnel management.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and able to lead a team effectively.
Job Descriptions
- Oversee all daily store operations, including product production, quality control, sales management, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage and train store employees on product standards, sales techniques, and customer service; create staff schedules to ensure optimal shift coverage.
- Handle supply chain management, including material procurement, supplier coordination, and inventory control to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities in line with the company’s overall strategy.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, collect feedback, and resolve complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collect, analyze, and report on store operational data (sales, inventory, etc.) to support management decision-making.
- Coordinate with other departments and complete other tasks as assigned by management.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
