Job Descriptions
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of French pastries (croissants, éclairs, tarts, macarons, etc.)
- Develop new recipes and seasonal dessert menus
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
- Oversee ingredient inventory, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient daily operations
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a pastry chef or baker specializing in French pastry
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry decoration, and flavor pairing
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for precision
- Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts (preferred)
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends as required
Working Hours: 8 Hours(Two Shifts)
Holidays: A day per week.
