Plant Operations Manager
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Operations Manager to oversee critical operations in seed processing and storage. This role is central to ensure efficiency, quality, and smooth coordination across our rice and maize seed handling processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drying & Cleaning: Supervise drying of incoming rice seeds, cleaning, and packaging operations.
- Maize Seed Packaging: Managing packaging processes for maize seeds with attention to quality standards.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee stock keeping, inventory control, and warehouse organization.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence and maintain safety standards.
- Process Optimization: Implement best practices to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering would be more preferred.
- Proven 3 year’s above experience in plant operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple processes while ensuring quality and compliance.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
