Job Requirements
- Any graduate.
- 2 years of experience in procurement with oversea suppliers.
- Prefer Engineering background, proper experience with other degree is fine too.
- Written and spoken in English.
Job Descriptions
- Research and identify potential suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Place purchase orders and track their status.
- Trace shipping status.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Cost Analysis.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Estimate and establish cost parameters for purchases.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Track and analyze procurement data for improvement.
- Prepare quotation for customer.
- Adhoc assignments by Director.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (Alternate), Sunday & Gazette Holidays”
