- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Job Description
- Source construction materials by identifying and evaluating reliable suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to meet project requirements
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid project delays
- Coordinate with project and site teams to align procurement activities with construction timelines and budgets
- Maintain and update procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues regarding quality, delivery, or service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant procurement regulations
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials/suppliers
- Prepare and present procurement reports for management review
- Support in developing and improving procurement processes to enhance efficiency
Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
