Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree or relevant field is an advantage).
- Experience as a production supervisor or in a similar role.
- Ability to follow management guides and operation planning.
- Strong knowledge of production systems and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job Descriptions
- Supervise production processes for safety and product quality.
- Ensure all process control reports are properly and timely filled.
- Monitor production standards and implement quality-control programs based on daily production reports.
- Observe ongoing work to ascertain if work is performed according to instructions and will be completed on time.
- Manage operation staff to meet company targets.
- Analyze quality issues and take preventive measures.
- Check product quality according to guidelines and quality standards.
- Support the related manager’s duties.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
