Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
8+ years’ experience in project control or contract/claims management for large-scale EPC or power projects.
Strong understanding of claims preparation, contract administration, and cost/schedule control.
Experience with JICA, FIDIC, or international contract frameworks preferred.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and prepare claims, variations, and extension-of-time (EOT) submissions with proper supporting documentation.
Review and interpret contract clauses, JICA requirements, and ensure compliance across project activities.
Prepare, verify, and submit monthly progress payment applications, track certifications, and follow up with MOEP.
Maintain and update cost control, progress tracking, and cash-flow forecasts.
Monitor project schedule, identify delays, assess impacts, and propose mitigation or claim strategies.
Lead and participate in negotiations and coordination meetings with the Employer (MOEP), Marubeni, and subcontractors (BFE).
Prepare official letters, reports, correspondence, and ensure proper documentation for all contractual matters

Working Hour : 8:00A.M to 6: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday(Half),Sunday & Public Holiday
