Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Biotech) or Pharmacy (B.Pharm) – PMP Certification or equivalent preferred – Additional GMP or ISO 13485 training is an advantage.
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device plant projects – Proven record in managing cleanroom and sterile production plant setup – Familiar with HVAC, WFI, process utilities, and filling line installation.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination – Excellent project scheduling and budgeting skills – Technical understanding of pharmaceutical engineering systems
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Detail-oriented and organized – Results-driven and deadline-focused – Problem solver with a proactive attitude – High integrity and commitment to GMP compliance
Job Descriptions
- To plan, coordinate, and execute the establishment and commissioning of a Hemodialysis pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, and regulatory requirements, while meeting project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Coordination
- Develop master project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Coordinate with architectural, HVAC, cleanroom, utility, and process equipment vendors.
- Execution & Monitoring
- Supervise construction, equipment installation, qualification, and validation.
- Ensure compliance with URS, cGMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory body expectations.
- Stakeholder Management
- Interface with consultants, contractors, internal teams, and government authorities.
- Quality & Safety Assurance
- Ensure adherence to EHS standards and validation protocols.
- Cost & Risk Management
- Project expenses, control cost overruns, and manage project risks.
Key Deliverables / KPIs:
- On-time project completion
- Budget adherence
- GMP-compliant plant handover
- Successful qualification and validation (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ)
- Minimal regulatory observations
Working Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30 PM
