Job Requirements

  • Holding a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  •  Be able to work independently with little supervision but strong sense of responsibility.
  •  English 4 Skills.
  • Minimum a year of work experience in HR, Business administration or related roles.
  • Experience in Oil and Gas Company as a secretary or administration position.
  •  A good knowledge of general administrative works.
  •  Highly organized, independent, resourceful and able to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience in using ERP software.
  • Good time management and attention to details.
  • Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
  • Prefer to have a basic knowledge in financial management and financial management, software tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.

Job Descriptions

  • Perform secretarial and administrative support to Director/Managers including personal and business matters and overall management of office environment.
  • Liaise between management and employee and ensure smooth operation with prompt resolution of requests.
  •  Arrange travel documents, flight reservation, accommodation, office vehicles etc.
  •  Input personal information into system to create a Visit Request Form (VRF)
  •  Assist with day-to-day activities of HR/Admin functions.
  •  Coordinating with HR/Admin team and others department pro-actively.
  • Working in team spirit at all-time to meet targets and timely deliver.
  • Other ad-hoc duties required as Administrator / Secretary.
  •  Handling a monthly petty cash and settle down expenditures with valid evidence into SAP.
  •  Responsible for own safety and the protection of others.
  • Quality/HSE Focus and team oriented.
    • All works conducted will be done so in a safe manner utilizing all safety equipment / procedures and PPE necessary to complete the specific work.
    • Contract duration will be until the end of the Project

Working Hours: 8:0AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
