Job Description
- Prepare cost estimates for interior decoration, furniture making, and construction projects.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and designs to calculate material and labor costs.
- Monitor project budgets and suggest cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare and manage contracts, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure projects are completed within budget.
- Conduct site visits to verify project progress and address discrepancies.
- Handle payment schedules and ensure timely invoicing for completed work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior decoration, furnishing, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, material costs, and tendering processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holiday: Saturday(alternate) & Sunday, Public Holidays
