- Bachelor’s degree or under graduated.
- Minimum 1-2 years of receptionist or front desk or customer service role.
- Able to apply Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good in personal skills and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
Job Descriptions
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Provide information and assistance to guests and employees.
Administrative Duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Handle basic data entry and filing tasks.
Office Coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility staff.
- Support HR or admin team with routine tasks.
Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
