Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Able to apply Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Job Descriptions
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties, such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
Working Hours: 9:00AM – 5:30PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
