Job Requirements
- Bachelor and/or Master degree in Business/ Marketing or comparable
- (10) years of relevant experience in solution selling and business development within Consumer Product /FMCG/ Regional /Distribution companies and regional sectors.
- Strong presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Strong negotiating and influencing skills
- Excellent in communication and engagement skills
- Experience in managing a high-performance Sales team
- Equally confident in English besides Myanmar language.
- Sound knowledge of creating Power Point presentations, Excel, Word etc.
- Commercial and brand knowledge
- Willing to spend evenings and weekends working.
Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Able to Implement/develop a Marketing & Strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Route Plan Implementation across Myanmar and continues Updation on Route Plan and Customer
- Database Brand Wise.
- Team Management and Leading Team towards Company Goal and Objective
- Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify New markets/customer and market shifts
- Sales Generation and Real Time Field Working Methodology
- Providing Sales and Development Training to staff on regular basis
- Developing the Business model and Expanding Territory
SKILLS
Sales Development:
- Should possess ability for Business Development Skills and thinking out of the box rather, developing new market and existing market with continues product penetration.
Leadership Skills:
- Your job is to motivate your team, working with them to set and meet sales goals. You will have to resolve conflicts and may be in charge of hiring your staff.
Analytical Skills:
- You will take the sales numbers and analyze them to find weaknesses in the system, cost-saving opportunities and redundancies.
- Good analytical skills will help you set proper goals and determine pricing.
Customer Service:
- You might need to speak with dissatisfied customers, or entertain high profile clients. Customer service skills will be necessary.
Communication Skills:
- A big part of sales and leadership is communication. You will need to be a good listener and speaker, to help customers and employees understand your direction and recommendations.
Follow Up:
- Take strong follow up from District Area Sales Working, market visit, attendance, follow daily work plan of
- Sales Person and Supervisor, Focus Productive Call Average, All Product range Check.
Trade Channel:
- Having strong relation with KOL and Modern Trade customer, can take the lead for business development.
- Should have Relation and Knowledge of all trade channel (Retail/Modern Trade/Wholesale).
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday (half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
