Job Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences or Science (MBBS/B. Pharm/ B.Sc)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Senior Area Manager or similar senior sales role
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Ability to lead and motivate a high performances sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
Job Description
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
- Create and realize regional sales plans in alignment with organizational business objectives
- Manage the performances of team
- Prepare Sales forecast
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new sales team members.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Development of team
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holiday
