- Be the voice of farmers & drive impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main link between farmers, Bank, and the company to facilitate smooth financial services.
- Educate farmers on banking products and assist with applications/repayments.
- Simplify digital banking access for farmers and dealers.
- Conduct financial literacy sessions and track the impact of banking solutions on farmer livelihoods.
Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in Agriculture is a must.
- Must have (3) years of relevant work experience.
- Good looking and strong customer service skills.
- Strong Communicator & Problem Solver.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
