Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field is required
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in retail marketing, brand management, or campaign execution
Experience working with cross-functional teams and handling multiple campaigns is an advantage
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with multiple teams and external vendors
Good understanding of digital marketing channels and retail promotion strategies
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools/software
Ability to analyze campaign data and prepare actionable reports
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Descriptions

Plan and implement marketing campaigns
Coordinate with retail and merchandising teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Develop marketing materials (POSM, flyers, digital content) focused on retail products
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
Support events, promotions, and customer engagement activities at stores
Collaborate with external vendors and agencies for creative and media support
Maintain brand consistency and visual merchandising standards across retail locations
Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses for the Home Center division
Work closely with the digital marketing team

Working Hours: 8:30AM – 5:00PM

Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
