Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated
  • 2 years experience with can communicate with English Language
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of sales orders and invoices
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating communication
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic product/service information
  • Monitor inventory levels and alert the team about low stock or delays
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required
  • Help in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes
  • Assist in managing office schedules and appointments
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general inquiries

Working Hour : 9:00A.M to 5: 00P.M
Holiday : Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
