Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’ degree holder.
  • Age between (20) to (35) years old.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experiences in related field.

  • Can work under pressure.

Job Description

  • Answer customer questions via phone, email, and in-person regarding internet service plans, billing, and technical issues.
  • Receive, process, and verify customer orders, including personal information and payment details for internet service subscriptions.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and transaction histories with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare sales contracts and agreements, track sales figures, and compile monthly sales reports to support the sales team.
  • Coordinate deliveries of equipment, manage inventory levels to ensure product availability, and process invoices.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and other departments (like marketing or technical support).
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Holidays: Saturday Alternate, Sunday & Public Holidays
