Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, Logistics, or
  • related field.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in international logistics, handling import/export, is mandatory.
  • Experience in food, flavors, or the FMCG industry will be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations or food-related compliance is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills to manage internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and have a fast learning ability on ERP software.
  • Detail-oriented, multitasking, and organized, able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good command of English is mandatory (written and spoken).
  • Fast learner, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

 

 

Job Descriptions

 

Import & Regulatory Support

  • Prepare and manage import documents for shipments of flavors and fragrances.
  • Coordinate and manage FDA requests and other regulatory approvals required for

imports.

Shipment & Logistics Coordination

  • Daily monitoring and follow-up of shipments with logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate with our agent/distributor in Myanmar regarding shipment schedules,

customs clearance, and delivery status.

Sales Contract & Distributor Relations

  • Handle sales contract preparation and follow-up to ensure compliance with the agreed

terms.

  • Serve as the primary contact for our transport agent regarding orders, documents,

and regulatory needs.

Internal Project Support

  • Launch and monitor new project launches for the sales team on our local ERP

(sample requests, new flavor developments, product launches).

  • Provide administrative support for quotations, pricing updates, and internal

reporting.

 

 

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Holiday: Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays
Benefits: Ferry will be provided.
