Job Description
- Engage with customers—from initial discussion to closing deals.
- Recommend and present service packages that match customer needs
- Suggest hotels, transportation, and destinations based on budget.
- Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Inform customers about promotions, best-selling packages, and sales offers.
- Learn and understand the company’s travel packages and services.
- Report any client dissatisfaction to the management team.
- Manage customer bookings and coordinate trip plans efficiently.
Job Requriment
- Experience in the hospitality industry (travel & tours experience preferred).
- Prior experience in travel services is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Friendly, helpful, confident, and customer focused.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
- Experience in startup environments is a plus.
- It’s better if you’re over 30.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00PM
Holidays: Saturday(Half) ,Sunday & Public Holidays
