Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Diploma in Business or related field is a plus.
- Experience in sales, wholesale, retail, or customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with the beauty or skincare product (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Computer skills (Excel, MS Office, social media).
Job Descriptions
- Assist in reaching out to wholesale and retail customers to promote and sell products.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow- ups, and order processing both all online pages & offline.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records, accurate sales records, and generate reports.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns and promotions for customer engagement and sale growth.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sale growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, both online and in-person.
- Meet or exceed sales targets.
- Submit Weekly and Monthly sale report.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM To 5:00 PM
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
