Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and key account management, preferably in a B2B
• environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Descriptions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business
• needs and challenges.
• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, providing
• support, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business
• opportunities within existing key accounts.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to develop
strategies that drive business growth.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and
• maximize accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of key account strategies with
• overall company objectives.
• Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, product development,
• technical team, service team, monitoring team, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to key accounts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to address customer issues, resolve challenges, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and
• the company.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of contractual agreements and ensure
• compliance on both sides.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for key accounts, providing insights into
• performance and areas for improvement.
• Utilize CRM tools and other sales management systems to track and manage accounts.
Understanding of target market.
• Technical understanding and quick learner for new technologies.
• Prepare sales forecasts and report to management regularly.
• Visiting the private and public organizations in Yangon, Mandalay and Naypyitaw.

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
