Job Descriptions
- Managing coordination of marketing and communications activities to leverage reach/results.
- Assist in the creation of all marketing material- (Guest & Internet, i.e., Menus, leaflets, in-room, etc.) and manage the production of all hotel and sales team collateral, branding,g and logo item,s ensuring all branding and company guidelines are followed.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Ensure press material, image library, third-party websites etc., are updated and accurate.
- Ensure media and partners lists are accurate, updated, and well-maintained.
- Social Media coverage to cover in the absence of the Digital Executive if required.
- Support in monitoring all hotel social media channels.
- Consistently communicates with the marketing leader on project progress.
- Send a weekly marketing recap report to stakeholders.
- Support Building a network of digital influencers.
- Support in e-mail marketing & offline sales-related activities.
Job Requirements
- Med-Tech (Lab) or M.B., B.S or B.Sc. (Microbiology) or B.Sc. (Industrial Chemistry) or B.E., MS or B.E. (Chemical) or B.Pharm or Nursing;
- Must have a minimum (2) years’ experience in the Hotel Sales & Marketing field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in the English Language, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Email.
- Must have Knowledge of main social channels and how they work.
- Ability to promote positive relationships with the client & operations team.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM
Holidays: Saturday(half) & Sunday, Public Holidays
