Job Descriptions
•Plan, manage, and monitor the execution of sales-focused operational schedules and ensure alignment with company targets.
•Review and compile Daily, Weekly, and Monthly operational reports and present insights to Management.
•Lead the General Trade & Modern Trade Supervisors and Sales Teams, ensuring adherence to company policies, operational discipline, and performance standards.
•Provide guidance and support to the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
•Visit market areas regularly to observe operations, coach team members, and suggest process improvements.
•Coordinate daily delivery plans, route rosters, and resource allocation to ensure timely order fulfilment.
•Maintain and manage inventories for all sales tools, promotional materials, and operational assets.
•Communicate effectively with both potential and existing trade partners/outlets, maintaining strong business relationships.
•Develop and propose operational strategies, promotional ideas, and workflow improvements to Management.
•Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration , Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 (or) 5 years of relevant experience in sales operations or field team management, preferably in the FMCG, distribution, or retail sector.
•Proven experience in managing field sales teams and supervising regional operations.
•Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse sales operations team.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
•Willing to travel regularly for market visits.
•Strong understanding of All Channels operations and route-to-market models.
•Results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
•Capable of handling multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
•Creative in problem-solving and process improvement.
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 4:30PM
Holidays: Sunday & Public Holidays
